Service levels

The services, in their entirety, must have an availability greater than 98%, measured on a monthly basis, excluding holidays and scheduled maintenance. If the client requests maintenance during these times, the times will be excluded from the availability calculation. Additionally, the time that the system is out of operation due to suppliers or outside the company's control will also be excluded from the calculation.  The customer will be compensated for damages caused by the company according to the following table. TABLE 1.
