Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your creator account and the data associated with it in the Blind Creator para Creadores app.
Request deletion from the app
- Open the app and sign in with your portal link.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
You will see a "Request received" message. Your agency and our team process the request and confirm by email once it is complete.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email offboarding@blindcreator.com from the address on your profile, with the subject "Delete my account", naming the agency you work with. We verify your identity before deleting anything.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Addresses and proof-of-address documents | Deleted |
| Additional files and data requested by your agency | Deleted |
| Photo and video drafts you uploaded | Deleted |
| Content already delivered and published for a campaign | Kept for up to 1 year after the campaign, for audit purposes |
| Campaign, deliverable and payment records | Kept for up to 1 year after the campaign, for audit purposes |
| Payment data | Held by Stripe under its own retention rules |
Requests are processed within 5 business days.
